Greystone at Piedmont Park Wedding: Lauren & Chris

Lauren and Chris were married on May 14, 2010 in Atlanta, GA. They now live in California, but they returned to Atlanta for their wedding. Michele Beckwith, a San Francisco based photographer, flew to Atlanta to photograph Lauren and Chris's wedding and asked me to photograph the wedding with her. I had so much fun working with Michele and am so glad she asked me to come along with her to shoot Lauren and Chris's wedding.

Lauren and her bridesmaids got ready at Lauren's parents' house in Dunwoody, GA:

The wedding ceremony was held at St. Jude’s in Sandy Springs.






The reception at reception was held at the Greystone in Piedmont Park. I have seen the construction at the Greystone for while shooting engagement sessions at Piedmont Park, so it was fun to finally see how this venue looks on the inside. It is such a great location for a wedding!







The details at the wedding were gorgeous! I loved the blue and green colors.




This group knew how to have fun!



Lauren and Chris had a unique idea for their exit: the guests all threw paper airplanes at them as they were leaving!

OpLove: Patriotic Portraits for Derrick

Devan's husband is in the Air Force and will be deployed until October, and she wanted some photos of their daughter to send to him. I was able to photograph them in Warner Robins, GA last month the same day I photographed Roger's family.
