Win a Free Engagement Session | Fun Photo Contest

Send in a crazy, fun photo of you and your fiancé and you could win a free engagement session!

Whenever I have a free weekend, I love to get outside, explore and have some spontaneous fun! This past Saturday, Mark and I headed out to some parks we had never been to before. We had fun playing on the playground and watching all the dogs run around while snapping funny photos of each other.

Here’s a funny one Mark took of me:

I love goofy photos, and it gave me an idea for a fun contest. This year for Valentine’s Day True Expression Photography is giving away a free engagement session and photo guestbook to one lucky couple.

The contest is simple. Sent me a fun photo of you and your fiancé. I will post my favorite entries on my blog on Valentine’s Day and blog readers will vote on their favorite photo. Photos should be fun and creative and will be judged on how well they show your personalities- not on photographic quality.

Entries must be received by February 10, 2009.

How to Enter
Send the following information to info@trueexpressionphoto.com:
1. Fun photo of you and your fiancé
2. Names of you and your fiancé
3. Your Wedding Date
Entries must be received by midnight EST on February 10, 2009.

The Winning Couple Will Receive:
1. A fun engagement session photo shoot in multiple locations in the Atlanta area
2. A custom photo guestbook filled with photos from the engagement session
3. Online slideshow

Get those entries in! I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.

Save the Date Cards: Samantha & Brian

You may remember Samantha and Brian from their engagement session not too long ago. After their session, I designed a set of custom Save-the-Date cards using one of their favorite engagement photos.

Save the Date photo card product samples

The Save the Date cards are flat 5x7 or 5x5 cards with printing on both sides. All cards are custom designed to match your wedding colors and feature a photo from your engagement session. The back of the card can contain additional photos, a matching background or a note with travel info for your guests.

Here is their design:

So, if you have already had an engagement session with me, contact me to order your own set of cards. Or if you have not had your engagement photos taken yet, contact me at info@trueexpressionphoto.com to schedule your engagement session!

Paul and Courtney's Wedding: Asheville, NC

I had such a great time time shooting Paul and Courtney's wedding at the Crest Center in Asheville, NC. It was a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in the mountains. I am so happy that Jill Higgins invited me along to shoot this wedding with her.

I absolutely loved Courtney's dress!

Paul and Courtney opted to see each other before the ceremony. I love when couples choose to do this because it allows for more time to get some relaxed shots of the couple alone. These shots of just the two of them are usually some of my favorite photos of the day.
